McKenna had a little basketball mishap...this is what happens when you fall and catch yourself with your arms! After a week of her being in pain I took her to the doctor and guess what...we have our first broken bone. She will have to wear the cast for 4 weeks and we are hoping it is off before the start of soccer season :)

OMG, I am so sorry. That is crazy. I broke my arm playing football when I was 18. At least McKenna gets to wear a cool cast. Well, it is cool until your arm starts iching like crazy and you want the cast off soooo bad. LOL. Give her a kiss from you Aunt Jill and Uncle Ryan. We are thinking about her.
DARN! When things happen like that I am always so grateful for the healthy bodies that my children have and the miracle that our bodies can heal so well. She still looks adorable and not to miserable?? Hang in there.
You'll be surprised how you are feels when you take it off but it will loosen up and get the muscles will get strong really fast and you will have a normal summer. Hope your team won after all that hard effort!
